Global System Process Owner/ SAP key user
For an important client, one of the world’s leading providers of forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and supply chain solutions, we are searching for Global System Process Owner/ SAP Key user, who will be responsible for these tasks:
- Define in detail the process steps and process deviations in their area of responsibility
- Promote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
- Manage and coordinate the respective design of new requirements and communicate decisions to their organizations
- Coordinate and actively manage the key user network of brands globally
- First point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
- Escalation towards Group IT first level support if required
Requirements:
-University degree as an engineer, industrial engineer, technician or a comparable degree / experience
-Experienced in problem solving with local key user and IT as well as business information analysis
- Knowledge of one of the / or all of these SAP modules: PP (program planning), PM module (plant maintenance), MES module (ME/MII), EWM module (warehouse strategies), or in a comparable work environment
- Ability to describe business processes in Visio or PowerPoint
- Experience / skill in project management or communication with international teams
- Good knowledge of English, German advantage
